Emilio has been practicing law for nearly 25 years. He has represented Plaintiffs in the past but has spent the majority of his career as a Defense attorney. Emilio has tried numerous cases in New York before expanding his legal practice to Florida in 2009, where he tried jury trials in Broward County. Additionally, as a defense attorney he assisted in settling 1,000’s of cases as I was able to get the Plaintiff attorneys and claims representatives to a common ground. Since he enjoyed negotiating and procuring reasonable settlements, in 2023, Emilio became a Supreme Court Certified Civil Circuit Mediator. Emilio looks forward to diligently serving Plaintiffs and Defendants in trying to resolve their cases so they can have a final and certain resolution and go on living their lives without the stress of litigation.

Additionally, he actively participated in hundreds of mediations and offered expert advice on case strategy. Recognizing his proficiency in mediations, he ascertained that he could serve as a valuable mediator in New York before expanding his legal practice to the State of Florida. By utilizing his in-depth experience in litigation, Emilio has redirected his efforts towards aiding attorneys and their clients in achieving fair resolutions for complex civil disputes. Emilio is qualified not only as a mediator but also as an impartial and independent arbitrator, showcasing his versatility in dispute resolution.
Originally from New York, Emilio obtained his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University, School of Law. By 2023, he became a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. To further his professional development, he also became a Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
When he is not helping others, Emilio dedicates his time to a range of interests and activities. He finds joy in spending quality time with his family, engaging in sports, and maintaining his physical fitness. His commitment to volunteer work with multiple sports organizations has earned him a commendable reputation within the community.
